Windjammer Pipes began as a hobby and evolved into a passion. What started as a desire to create a handcrafted one of a kind pipe at a reasonable price for myself turned into the desire to provide the same for others. I don’t believe that I possess any talent greater than my passion to create something beautiful that can be appreciated for years to come.  I have a love for the classics… simple, beautiful and traditional, and I try to represent that in most of my work.

My pipes are all handmade, with the use of sanding discs and basic hand tools. For me, the true form of a pipe comes from the artists hands, and the less technology used, the more pure the art is. This same principle carries over into the basis for the name Windjammer Pipes, which was inspired by my love of sailing. It is physically demanding and requires more than starting an engine and turning the rudder. I believe that pipe making should be the same, created by the hand attached to the mind where the vision started.
